These Terms of Service apply to your use of dailyboostlabs.com, including our Primal Leap pages, and to any purchase from DailyBoost Labs ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Health & product information
Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
- Use as directed on the label. For BASE, that's three gummies per day.
- Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
- Information on this site is for general education and is not medical advice.
- Results vary from person to person.
Orders & pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. We work to keep product information and pricing accurate. If we find an error, we may correct it and cancel affected orders, refunding any payment. We may also refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or reselling.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Subscriptions
- Billing: a subscription charges your payment method every 30 days, at the price shown when you signed up, until you cancel.
- Founding member pricing: if you subscribed at a founding member price, that price stays locked as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later restart, current pricing applies.
- Cancelling: cancel anytime by emailing david@dailyboostlabs.com before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges. Orders already billed will still ship.
- Refunds: covered by our 60-Day Guarantee. We don't otherwise refund billed subscription periods.

Promotions
Promotions and offers, such as a free jar for sharing your Week 4 results, are at our discretion, limited to one per customer, and may change or end at any time.
Reviews & content you share
If you send us a review, photo, video or results, you give us permission to use it, along with your first name and last initial, to promote our products. If you want something removed, email us.
Intellectual property
DailyBoost Labs, Primal Leap, BASE, Helix, and the content of this site, including logos, artwork, photography and copy, belong to DailyBoost Labs. Please don't use them without our permission.
Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these terms or our 60-Day Guarantee, the site and our products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyBoost Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to orders placed after that date.
