- Order details: name, email, shipping address, and phone number (if provided) when you check out.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or social media, such as questions, feedback, or Week 4 results.
Payment information
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, we and our partners collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies. This includes browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the site that referred you, and an approximate location based on your IP address.
Analytics & advertising tools

- TikTok Pixel measures how our TikTok ads perform, for example whether a visitor from an ad started checkout. It can also be used to show our ads to people who visited the site. TikTok's privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization in your Google and TikTok account settings.
How we use information
- To process and ship orders, manage subscriptions, and send order and shipping updates.
- To answer questions and provide customer support, including guarantee requests.

- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processing (Stripe), shipping carriers, and analytics and advertising partners (Google, TikTok).
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and customers.
- A successor business, if DailyBoost Labs or one of its brands is sold or merged.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat the use of advertising pixels, like the TikTok Pixel, as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time by emailing us or by using the browser and account controls above.
Marketing emails
If we send marketing emails, every one will include an unsubscribe link. Order and shipping emails are transactional and will still be sent.
Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email david@dailyboostlabs.com. We'll verify the request and respond within the time required by law. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and other information only as long as it's useful for the purposes above.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our products are intended for adults 18 and older. The site is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
