Welcome to Daily Hedge ("the App"), a prayer and spiritual guidance application developed by Daily Boost Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement").
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price as your initial subscription unless otherwise stated. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Refund requests are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscription periods.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:
All prayer content, text, graphics, logos, and other materials in the App are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any personal data or content you provide to the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, reliability, or availability.
The prayer content and spiritual guidance provided in the App are for personal reflection and spiritual growth. They are not intended as religious doctrine or professional counseling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or any other commercial damages or losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, United States.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
